Heeun Kim (she/her) a health policy researcher focused on mixed-method evaluations of the effectiveness of sexual and reproductive health policies in the US and globally. She also studies how health policy decisions affect target groups' experiences with the government and systems and their subsequent feedback effects, such as political participation, public service, and health care utilization. She earned her PhD in Public Administration and Policy from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
