Farima serves as the Evaluation and Monitoring Manager at Womankind.  With a rich research and program evaluation background, she contributed to assessing national and international programs.  Her areas of intervention include K-5 education, college readiness, youth career readiness, senior services, immigrant support, and gender-based violence. Beyond her professional endeavors, Farima’s passion lies in promoting quality education for underprivileged children.
